  • PENINSULA: free shipping on orders over €100; In smaller purchases the shipping cost is €4.90. The delivery time is 24-48 business hours.
  • BALEARIC ISLANDS: free shipping on orders over €100; In smaller purchases the shipping cost is €6.50. The delivery time is 24-48 working hours.
  • CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: free shipping on orders over €120; In smaller purchases the shipping cost is €19*. The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
  • *Customs expenses or other extraordinary fees are borne by the customer. Shipping costs include transportation and customs clearance at origin. Customs expenses at destination or other taxes or duties are not included; The recipient will be responsible for all import expenses and taxes that are generated at the customs office of destination, in order to receive the merchandise.

    RETURNS

    If you want to return an item, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.

    SPAIN: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

    Returns are free. The refund will be made in the same payment method used to place the order and you will receive it within a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the items in our warehouses.

    INTERNATIONAL: Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands.

    Remember that, in order to make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, documentation and original accessories that came with it. We will not accept returns of products with signs of use, tags removed, torn or tampered with. For hygiene reasons, the socks must be returned sealed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
